Never worry about writing a HOA Dues check and getting it mailed on time again. You can elect to have your monthly dues withdrawn from a checking or savings account of your choice. Just fill out the attached form, sign, date and mail to Heatherwood's financial management firm. Allow a minimum of up to 3 weeks processing before funds withdrawal are established. It is the Homeowner's responsibility to ensure monthly payments are made until automatic payments take effect.
